If I felt regretful at all during the process of creating this website, it was realizing how the limitations of language and the historical context of certain words would naturally create separation or disconnect among readers. Please excuse any perceptions or interpretations I’ve created in the mind of anyone reading this, as my intention when writing this entire “About” section was simply to express; you will hear and see what you need to receive.

– Several years ago at the age of 30, I had my initial awakening. I was sitting in bed one day with my dog & my cat during Winter Storm Uri in Austin, TX, trying to regulate my anxiety when the energetic phenomena began. About two hours later, I “woke up” to a vastly different life than I had known before. Instead of just experiencing life, I was witnessing reality in a way I never knew possible, though something familiar and comforting about it. And because my foundation is built around logic & rationality, medical/scientific frameworks, and trauma-informed care, my work organically pivoted towards creating supportive systems for people experiencing phenomena spanning the full breadth and depth of humanity, including those outside of culturally accepted paradigms.

– I don’t see the work I do as something I can take credit for. It’s something that moves through me, a force shaped by the cycles of life, the wisdom of the Earth, all of the people who’ve influenced me, and the unseen. Some may call it spirit, or a variety of other words. I’m grateful to be a vehicle for this flow. And also, I take ownership of how I show up; my choices, my impact, and the emotions/stories that make up my life.

– My journey at the intersection of diversity and lived experience informs and inspires this work. So do the tireless voices in empty rooms that never stopped calling for reform. I show up to this space as a student and a conduit of our ancestors, a vehicle of the collective consciousness and unconsciousness. As someone who has served on the front lines working directly with our most marginalized communities, supporting emergency response initiatives, and getting into good trouble. A servant of all life, who also is completely okay with upsetting a room of people; discomfort within the window of tolerance is fertile ground for growth, and even though our ancestors may not have had that option, we get to heal in community while continuing to honor the people and the work that came before us.

– Based on my own experience and in observation of pretty much everyone I know, we all seem to be on different parts of a similar path, having an entire shared experience with similar phenomena throughout our lives. This is my reason for sharing a variety of services. These offerings are based on parts of my journey that were so influential in my life, I wanted to learn how to share them with others. They were like stepping stones to the next chapter in my story. Life is a constant waking up to the subtleties that make up existence.

– One can intuitively “know” about something. But if you only know a blueberry by name and not by taste, you’re simply giving lip service to the idea of a blueberry. This is how I view presence and consciousness. The majority of people believe they are present or conscious, when actually, they only have a general idea. The current socially accepted paradigm of consciousness and “reality” is limiting and ripe for personal liberation and collective transcendence.

– We arrive at what cannot be spoken. Only lived.

This is conscious service from the inside out. One that is rooted in self-remembrance & devoted to collective coherence. Transformative & restorative justice all the way down to the root. This work supports connection to your own intuition, helping you return to a state of resonance and clarity. In a world that often rushes to solve or perform, simply being witnessed and reflected without judgment in a grounded presence can be transformative.   With 12+ years of experience as a Bachelor’s level Social Worker in a variety of roles, I offer grounded, trauma-informed support in moments of rupture, overwhelm, or conflict. Whether interpersonal, physical, mental, or spiritual in nature, this work creates space for calm, clear, and compassionate navigation through high-intensity situations. This work is about creating a moments for people to orient themselves or be guided back to stability, autonomy, and dignity. The most important part of this work for me is discernment and knowing the appropriate channels of support to provide.

  Natural experiences can be catalysts for deep insight, emotional release, and interconnection. Yet without intentional integration, their messages may remain incoherent or create distortion. Whether from medicine work, energetic phenomena, or other profound experiences, this offer focuses on bringing the wisdom to light. Grounded in trauma-informed care and harm reduction, your safety and stability are the most important aspects of weaving the experience into daily life.
  
  

End of Life Care
I have been in caregiver roles throughout my time as a social service worker, as well as in my friendships, relationships, and family. At the time of creating this website, I have walked alongside my aging parents as caregiver for almost 2 years during this sacred time in their lives. Aside from that, I have extensive experience with supporting grieving individuals and families during these significant transitions. I not only provide compassionate bedside care to individuals and family members preparing for end-of-life, I also provide assistance navigating medical needs, hospice care, insurance concerns, legal documentation (including securing assets/estate planning). End-of-life care offers both practical relief for loved ones, a dignified and compassionate space for the person transitioning, and honors the spiritual depth of aging and our mortality.

*The majority of services are offered on a gift-based/sliding scale, honoring accessibility and reciprocity.

I am of the mind that healing has become commodified into a business, one that can be expensive based on those who restrict access to healing through financial ability. I am just as happy to place a value on my sessions as I am to offer them on a donation or sliding-scale system. I believe a reason that healing is a business is because we lost the ability to do that for each other as family and friends. However, I also believe that money also has the ability to reveal and heal us, much more in the way we relate to money versus how we use it. My story is similar to many others. I created an identity around my experiences and circumstances early on. As time passed, certain aspects improved, while others worsened or stayed relatively neutral. Somewhere in those early years I was developing awareness of nuanced facets of my internal and external world, beginning to internalize the perceptions and beliefs that would influence and shape the person I’ve become and continue to grow into.

Like a traveler passing through vast terrain and unexpected turns, I’ve been shaped by infinite micro-moments, subtle yet significant, scattered across time and space. Along the way, certain pivotal shifts have emerged in my life, like mountain peaks, offering me clarity and only what I needed for the next leg of my journey.

From an early age, fear had naturally been instilled into me, passed down as a survival mechanism which served many generations before me well. The protection and environmental awareness I gained from that upbringing has shaped a large part of my early life, including all of the unnecessary suffering I created for myself and others.

However, just as one might leave a raft behind after crossing a stream, I too have continued on my path with a sense of non-grasping and willingness to travel onward when life asked this of me.

That primal fear had been surviving and thriving in every part of my being for a long time, and created a lifetime of conditions and experiences I would not wish on anyone. However, it was not my fear. And as I became more aware of this conditional fear, I began to intentionally seek out opportunities to illuminate my subconscious world and integrate my past.

I’ve always gravitated towards understanding life beyond the surface. There’s a natural and playful curiosity that lives there. And I appreciate being guided to moments of insight and revelation, like bread crumbs on a trail.

My path diverged from the generational trajectory my family had been heading towards. And in a way, I know my path didn’t really diverge or go away from anything; it’s been following a thread of interdependent moments that connect all of us since the beginning of time.

I am grateful for the way service work found me. For the way it is me at my core. My life is the service and the impact.
